Komatsu Excavator Common Fault Code Daquan

At first, these faults are only minor problems. As long as the treatment is discovered in time, it will not affect the excavator products. If you do not pay attention to these faults, it will cause more mechanical accidents, which may seriously endanger the safety of the driver.

     I hope that the excavator operation driver can know the meaning of these fault codes, know the problem through the code prompted by the excavator display, and stop the repair in time to prevent the accident.

The following is the meaning of the Komatsu excavator fault code:

    E01, automatic mode system in HYPER system.

    E02, PC-EPC system

    E03, rotary parking brake system

    Joystick median system in E04+CALL, HYPER system

    E05, governor motor system

    EPC solenoid valve drive system in E06+CALL and HYPER systems

    The E09 and HYPER-GX systems are turned off.

    E101. The fault history is abnormal.

    E102, the clock data is abnormal.

    E103, buzzer output short circuit, buzzer drive harness and 24V power line contact.

    E104, air filter is blocked.

    E108, water temperature is above 105 °C.

    E112, wiper motor drive forward rotation system short circuit (new).

    E225, the rear pump pressure sensor circuit is abnormal.

    E226, the pressure sensor circuit power supply is abnormal.

    E232, front pump TVC solenoid valve circuit short circuit (old model).

    E235, activation mode (swing) solenoid valve circuit is open.

    E306, the feedback potential circuit is abnormal.

    E315, battery relay output circuit is short circuited.

    E316, governor motor is out of adjustment.
